Test names and trademarks remain the property of their respective holders and are used here for descriptive purposes only.
5. Accuracy & Updates
While we strive for accuracy, the materials may contain technical, typographical, or photographic errors and are provided “as-is.” We may update or replace content at any time without notice and make no commitment to keep materials current.
6. Fees, Payments, Refunds & Renewal
- Prices & Taxes – All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes and bank fees. You are responsible for such charges.
- Payment Processing – Payments are handled by third-party processors (e.g., BlueSnap). We do not store full card data.
- 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee – You may request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment; refunds are limited to two (2) per customer.
- Automatic Renewals (where offered) – If you purchase a recurring subscription, it will renew automatically at the then-current rate unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel in your dashboard or by emailing us.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:

- Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights;
- Transmit unsolicited promotions or malware;
- Interfere with the security or performance of the Services.
8. Third-Party Links & Products
Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we do not endorse and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your dealings with third-party products accessible through iPREP are solely between you and the third party.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, graphics, and software on the Services are owned by iPREP or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
10. DMCA / Copyright-Complaint Procedure
If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, please send a notice to info@iprep.online with the information required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). We will respond and, where appropriate, remove the content.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, the license in Section 3 ends immediately.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless iPREP, its affiliates, and their respective directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your (a) use or misuse of the Services, (b) violation of these Terms, or (c) infringement of any right of a third party.
13. Disclaimers & No Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” iPREP disclaims all warranties—express or implied—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be reliable. We do not guarantee exam success.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, iPREP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of data, profits, or career opportunities) arising from or related to your use of—or inability to use—the Services, even if advised of the possibility. In any event, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid iPREP in the 12 months preceding the claim.
15. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, internet outages, or government actions.
16. Export Controls
You may not access or use the Services in violation of U.S., EU, or other applicable export-control laws or regulations, including by persons in embargoed countries.
17. Modifications to Terms or Services
We may modify these Terms or the Services at any time. Updated Terms take effect upon posting with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
18. Assignment
We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction. You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
20. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or any other provision.
21. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
